• Class Action & Jury Waiver: You and the Company agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Both parties explicitly waive their right to a trial by jury.
• Limited Court Jurisdiction: If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration (including actions to compel arbitration or enforce an arbitration award), both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Creek County, Oklahoma, and waive any objections to improper venue or inconvenient forum.
